Graduation Information for the Class of 2024










Friday, Apr 19:  Last Day to Order Cap and Gown

Friday, May 31: Last Day for Seniors – All coursework/requirements for graduation must be completed (this includes all online courses & college courses with an official transcript showing completion) and all fees/fines must be paid and books turned in by 3:45 p.m. 

Monday, June 3: Baccalaureate – 6:00 p.m.  in Auditorium

Tuesday, June 4: Senior Awards – 6:30 p.m. in Auditorium 

Wednesday, June 5: Senior Trip/ Washington Family Ranch – TBA Departure and Return

Thursday, June 6: Senior Breakfast – 8:00 a.m., Club Pioneer

Thursday, June 6: Graduation Rehearsal – 9:00 a.m.  Meet at CCHS Gym
It is mandatory to attend graduation rehearsal.  If you do not attend the rehearsal, you will not participate in the graduation ceremony. 

Friday, June 7: Graduation Parade
1:00 p.m. Parade Staging @ CCHS
3:00 p.m. Parade Starts
Graduation Ceremony at Crook County Fairgrounds
5:00 p.m. Meet at CCHS gym if you ARE having a picture taken by a photographer
5:45 p.m. Meet at CCHS gym if you are NOT having a picture taken
6:30 p.m. Graduation ceremony begins

Volunteers are needed for the Senior Party!
The party will be at Barnes Butte Elementary, 9:00 pm – 1:00 am, Friday, June 7th following the graduation ceremony.
